Please find attached a general overview of our hourly rates and terms of payment.

Works are always carried out according to expenditure, as a team of 2, unless otherwise agreed. The time for arrival and departure is calculated as working time and can vary depending on the traffic. Due to the order, set-up times can arise.

When working outside normal working hours, our hourly rates vary with appropriate mark-ups.
Free cancellation of existing appointments must be late. 24 hours before the date in writing (mail / SMS).

Payment Terms:

- Invoice is always sent by e-mail.
- Due date of the invoice with receipt.
- We reserve the right to make interim billing.
- In the case of offers / cost estimates, a down payment must always be made when the order is placed. The respective conditions can be found in the corresponding offers.

Retention of title:

Delivered material remains property of Anza-Electric S.L. until complete payment.
